Semi-detached house on two levels with independent entrance; spacious and comfortable rooms, ideal for families and/or friends who like sport but also tranquility. The wooden stairs and the wood finish to the large attic room give it a warm and welcoming feel, in harmony with its pre-Alpine environment.
It is situated in Brusino – Cavedine, a small village in the Valle dei Laghi between Lake Garda and the city of Trento, at the foot of Mt Bondone, an area with numerous medieval castles and Alpine lakes.
An ideal destination for relaxation and for lovers of sports and outdoor activities. In the surrounding areas you can enjoy mountain walking, rock climbing, windsurfing and paragliding. The route of the legendary Charly Gaul cycle race, Granfondo World Series passes through Cavedine and Brusino before climbing Mt Bondone.

DESCRIPTION OF HOUSE

Our guests will find:
On the ground floor: a comfortable kitchen, a utility room, WC, and a large living-room
On the first floor: two bedrooms: one double, and an attic room with 3 single beds, a bathroom with shower, bath, WC and bidet.
In the basement: a garage (for small cars) which can also be used as a store for bikes and/or sports equipment.
Outdoor parking space in front of the private entrance.

  We provide 2 bicycles (Adults)

HOW TO REACH US
From the north: Motorway A22 – exit Trento Centro. Follow signs indicating Riva del Garda; at Vezzano turn right to Cavedine; after 1 km you will find Brusino.

From the south: Motorway A22 – exit Rovereto Sud. Follow signs indicating Riva del Garda. At Nago, turn right to Arco, and continue in the direction of Trento. At Dro, turn right and continue for 10 kms in the direction of Cavedine, and just before it you will arrive in Brusino.

CAVEDINE: easily reached by bike or on foot along paths, less than 1 km from Brusino.
Facilities: bank, post office, doctor, dentist, library, bar, supermarket, hairdresser and barber, florist, tennis court, children's playground.

LAKE GARDA
The splendour of the largest Italian lake, set in a beautiful, unforgettable landscape. Sun, beaches, nature, sports, but also shopping and entertainment, just a 20 min drive away, or 30 min by bike.

TRENTO:
Central European tradition and Italian culture, highlighted by archeological sites and excellent museums: the Buonconsiglio Castle, the largest monumental complex in Trentino-AltoAdige, Piedicastello's avant-garde exhibition areas and MUSE, the modern science museum designed by Renzo Piano.

ROVERETO
City of art and peace, with the Mart, modern and contemporary museum, and the Peace Bell, one of the largest in the world that sounds one hundred times every night.

A LITTLE FURTHER AWAY, BUT WORTH A VISIT....

VERONA
Splendid city of art, enveloped in ancient history and its mythical association with the Shakespearean masterpiece.
Roman and medieval remains, traces of the Venetian and Austrian presence, all alternate in ancient buildings, squares, bridges and beautiful churches and are there for you to discover. In the old town centre you can visit Bra Square, the Arena, Herb Square, the Roman theatre, the stone bridge, the Scaligero bridge and the historical churches.
Elegant cafés and historic taverns, craft shops and high fashion boutiques enliven the city centre throughout the year. A city on a human scale that enchants you with its elegance and welcomes you with the warmth of old and new.
It is very easy to reach this city by train from Trento or Rovereto; or by bus from Riva: a leisurely and spectacular journey along the lake.

BOLZANO (Principal city of the South Tyrol) Once it was a city of merchants and patrons, today it is a city of art, entertainment and culture. Until the beginning of the last century it was an Austrian province; today it is the meeting place of Italian and German culture.
In the South Tyrol Archeological Museum you can see Ötzi, the mummified figure discovered in a glacier, together with the objects found with him, in a well-documented display.

GASTRONOMY
The Valle dei Laghi/Upper Garda area is rich in local dishes that highlight the rural history of this land: from “carne salada” and beans to strangolapreti, from canederli, pane di molche to the lake fish. It should be remembered that some classical Italian products like wine and oil have found here a remarkable expression of quality, with autochtonous wines like Nosiola and Rebo, and even with extra-virgin olive oil
